Q: Where is jwmpc located?
A: Our storefront location is yet to be determined. Our administrative offices are in the west side of the Miracle Mile of Los Angeles (see contact page).

Q: Will I have to pay sales tax?
A: If you have your items delivered in California, yes. jwmpc holds a reseller permit for the state of California, and is required to collect sales tax on all tangible items sold. Services aren't generally taxed, unless some tangible item (physical artwork) is created as a result. Please note that even if tax is not added to the price during the checkout, tax is still being paid from the total price of the item if it is shipped or hand delivered in California.

Q: What are my delivery options?
A: For common carriers, we use the US Postal Service, and FedEx. If you live near the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles, you can elect to have your item hand-delivered to you. Or, if you are frugal, you can arrange to pick your item for no shipping and handling charge. Pricing for the other options can be found in the shopping cart.

Q: Do I have to use the shopping cart?
A: If you want to pick up your item, just email or call us to arrange a time to meet. You'll need to come to the area around San Vicente and Wilshire Boulevards, and parking might be costly, but you can walk or bus easily to the location. If you want to pay on receipt, you must pay in cash, as we do not have the capability of accepting charge cards on site at the moment. If you need to pay with a credit card, make the purchase using the shopping cart, select pickup as your delivery option, and complete the purchase. We will email you details on picking up your item after the purchase is complete.
